SAP Program Manager

Job Description:

• As a member of the Infosys Program Management team, you will own complete end-to-end delivery for S 4 Greenfield Programs that enable clients to successfully navigate their digital transformation journey

Key Responsibilities:

• 1 Project Leadership Delivery
• Provide end-to-end accountability for delivering S 4 Greenfield Programs
• Review and lead proposal preparation activities, including project estimations and inputs from key stakeholders, to help position Infosys competitively
• Develop project plans, monitor execution, and report progress while actively managing risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health
• 2 Stakeholder Team Management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical consultants, and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful execution
• Coach and mentor team members, deliver timely feedback, and promote a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and innovation
• Support thought leadership in the SAP project management domain, in line with Infosys processes and policies
• 3 Agile Delivery Excellence
• Use Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Encourage Agile best practices to improve project outcomes

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in SAP Project Management
• Program managed at least one S 4 Greenfield Implementation
• Demonstrated experience delivering SAP projects end to end, including implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile frameworks, project estimation methods, and quality processes
• Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
• Experience collaborating with business and technology SMEs to define requirements, create project charters, and align deliverables with business goals
• Awareness of emerging SAP technologies, digital trends, and architecture principles
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
