Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in SAP HR projects, focusing on e-Recruitment, Learning, and PMS modules.
• Execute at least two end-to-end SAP HR implementations.
• Configure SAP HR modules according to business requirements.
• Support business processes, provide documentation, and assist end-users.
• Ensure alignment with organizational HR policies and SAP best practices.
