Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled SAP Product Compliance & Sustainability expert to become a part of our team in India. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products adhere to compliance and sustainability requirements while working closely with various departments to weave these practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to local and international regulations regarding product sustainability and safety.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability practices into product development processes.
• Perform audits and evaluations to confirm compliance with sustainability standards.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards, and communicate updates to the team.
• Create and implement training programs focused on product compliance and sustainability efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of product compliance regulations and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and data management is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
