Job Title: Techno Functional Consultant Supply Chain MDM
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain MDM (Master Data Management) Techno-Functional Expert with strong expertise in SAP, SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), and domain knowledge in material, vendor, and finance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end MDM implementation and transformation projects while also supporting business development, responding to RFPs, and collaborating internally to design and develop assets.
This position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise in MDM platforms such as Reltio, Informatica, or Stibo, combined with experience in data platform management and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MDM Solution Design & Implementation:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MDM solutions across the supply chain, including materials, vendors, and finance domains.
- Leverage expertise in SAP (S4/APO) and SAP MDG (Material, Business Partner, and Finance) to manage and govern master data processes for business units.
- Implement MDM platforms like Reltio, Informatica, or Stibo for data governance and quality management.
2. Business Development Support:
- Provide techno-functional support for business development activities, including RFP response creation and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to drive MDM initiatives for prospective clients, showcasing a deep understanding of MDM frameworks and methodologies.
3. Asset Design & Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to design and develop reusable MDM assets, frameworks, and solutions that accelerate client projects.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions in MDM projects, ensuring scalability and future-readiness.
4. Data Platform & System Integration:
- Lead data platform management, ensuring seamless integration of MDM solutions with various ERP, Data-lake, Planning systems, MES, and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate on integration projects between SAP and third-party systems, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and governance across platforms.
5. Team Leadership & Client Delivery:
- Lead cross-functional teams of techno-functional consultants and MDM experts, ensuring project milestones are achieved and client delivery expectations are met.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and guide them in mastering MDM concepts and tools.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain MDM with a strong focus on SAP and SAP MDG.
- Proven expertise in material, vendor, and finance domains within supply chain MDM.
- Experience with leading MDM platforms like Reltio, Informatica, or Stibo.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and MDM best practices.
- Hands-on experience in data platform management and system integration with ERP/CRM solutions.
- Excellent skills in business development, including RFP response creation and supporting presales activities.
- Strong leadership and client-facing experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cloud-based MDM solutions and data integration frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms that include supplier hierarchy functionality.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration into MDM platforms for advanced analytics and data insights.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading global implementations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Certifications in MDM technologies like SAP MDG, Informatica, Reltio, or equivalent is a plus.
