SAP License Specialist

SAP Licensing Expertise:

• Apply 3-5 years of experience in SAP licensing concepts and architecture to support effective license management.

License Management Tools:

• Utilize SAP license management tools such as USMM, SLAW, LMBI, HANA Cockpit, and HANA Studio for license monitoring and compliance.

Contract & Compliance:

• Interpret SAP agreements and product terms, translating them into actionable licensing rules and system configurations.

Data Analysis:

• Extract and analyze usage data from SAP tables across various products to ensure accurate license tracking.

Indirect Usage Analysis:

• Conduct detailed indirect usage analysis and recommend appropriate licensing models based on findings.

S/4HANA Migration Licensing:

• Understand S/4HANA Bill of Materials and assess licensing impacts during ECC to S/4HANA migrations.

Audit Preparation:

• Lead or support annual SAP license audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.

Global Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to support licensing processes.
