SAP HR HCM Professional / Application Lead

• Act as an Application Lead and SME for SAP HCM Time Management projects

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP HCM applications

• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams for requirement gathering and execution

• Take ownership of team decisions and ensure effective delivery outcomes

• Provide solutions to complex issues across teams and business functions
