Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and configuration of SAP HCM Time Management solutions
• Act as primary point of contact for application-related discussions and decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Oversee application development, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure alignment of solutions with business needs and technical standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with quality standards
