Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM / SuccessFactors consultant to handle implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, or other related modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM business processes, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll.
• Experience with configuration, customization, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM.
• Collaborate effectively with HR and business stakeholders.
• Deliver production support and resolve functional issues.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.
• Willingness to work onsite from Chennai or Coimbatore.
• Must be comfortable working exclusively in US time zones (Night Shift).
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
