Job Description

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including US Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management

• Design and document payroll business requirements and functional specifications

• Configure SAP HCM US Payroll solutions as per business needs

• Maintain documentation standards across development and implementation lifecycle

• Supervise application build, testing, and deployment activities

• Drive test planning, execution, and validation of payroll systems

• Integrate SAP HCM with SAP FICO and third-party payroll systems

• Configure and maintain BSI Tax Factory for payroll processing

• Work with schemas, rules, functions, and custom operations in SAP payroll

• Support US year-end payroll processing and compliance activities
