Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and document US Payroll business requirements and functional specifications
  • Configure SAP HCM US Payroll solutions to meet business requirements
  • Maintain appropriate documentation standards and ensure compliance
  • Supervise application build, testing, and deployment activities
  • Drive test planning and execution for payroll processes
  • Integrate SAP HCM with FICO module and third-party payroll systems
  • Configure and maintain BSI Tax Factory
  • Implement user-exits, enhancements, and custom-built functions for payroll processes
  • Provide expertise in US Year-End payroll activities
  • Support schema, rules, and backend operations of SAP HCM US Payroll
