SAP HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP HCM Time Management solutions, with focus on Positive Time Management (clock events)

• Work extensively with SAP Time Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)

• Deliver end-to-end SAP HCM Time Management implementations, especially in manufacturing environments

• Configure and support CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet), PTMW (Positive Time Management Workflows), and IDoc interfaces

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional solutions

• Work independently on configuration, design, and delivery of Time Management solutions

• Provide support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases

• Ensure integration of SAP Time Management with other SAP HCM modules

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and functional issues

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams for successful delivery
