Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Time Management, and Organizational Management.
• Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support end-users with training and troubleshooting issues within the SAP HCM system.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Stay updated with SAP HCM enhancements and best practices to optimize system performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with SAP HCM modules.
