SAP GTS Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret business requirements to design and implement SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Customs Management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP GTS integration.
• Conduct testing and validation of SAP GTS setups.
• Document system configurations and updates.
• Facilitate workshops and user training sessions.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Support SAP GTS upgrades and enhancements.
• Recommend process improvements for SAP GTS frameworks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 610 years of experience with SAP GTS and ERP Customs Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS modules (Compliance, Customs, Risk Management).
• Experience integrating SAP GTS with S/4HANA and other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to lead client workshops and training.
