Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Serve as an SME in SAP Global Trade Services.
• Collaborate with and manage team members to ensure successful delivery.
• Guide and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions impacting projects.

Application Support & Problem Solving:

• Ensure smooth functioning of SAP GTS applications.
• Address and resolve issues that arise within the system or processes.
• Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Contribute to the overall success and timely delivery of projects.

Data Analytics & Machine Learning:

• Apply statistical analysis and implement machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
