SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a day in the life of an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your core responsibility will be to provide active support to the consulting team throughout various project phases, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• You will investigate alternatives to recommended solutions through comprehensive research, including literature reviews, publicly available information, vendor evaluations, and more.
• Additionally, you will be tasked with building Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Your role will involve creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining future processes, and developing detailed functional designs aligned with these requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on products, troubleshooting any issues, diagnosing root causes, seeking clarifications, and identifying potential solution alternatives.
• Moreover, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 end-to-end implementation, support, or rollout experience.
• Essential skills include SAP Fieldglass, Contingent Workforce Services, Procurement Profile, Worker Custom Reporting, and integration knowledge for both SAP and non-SAP applications, as well as connector functionality.
• Experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, support, rollout, and testing for Contingent Workforce Services, Procurement, and SOW-Based Services Profile Worker Custom Reporting Integration is required.
• Proven involvement in creating master data configurations and reporting setups.
• In-depth knowledge of integration setups between SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, or S/4HANA SuccessFactors.
• Experience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with the Agile Activate Project Methodology is preferred.
