Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infosys consultant
• In your role as a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will spearhead efforts to deliver high-quality consulting solutions that add value for customers throughout various stages, including problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• You will assess proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance and scrutinizing the solutions outlined for client business challenges to spot potential risks and issues.
• Your responsibilities will include identifying change management needs and recommending a structured approach to clients for effectively managing change through various communication channels.
• Additionally, you will mentor and envision the team's direction, provide subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and inspire team members through timely feedback and recognition of high performance.
• You will play a pivotal role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Relevant experience in end-to-end implementation, support, or rollout
• Essential skills include knowledge of SAP Fieldglass, Contingent Workforce Services, Procurement Profile, Worker Custom Reporting, and integration for SAP and non-SAP applications, along with data requirement connector functionality
• Experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, support, rollout, and testing for Contingent Workforce Services, Procurement, SOW-Based Services, and Profile Worker Custom Reporting integration
• Involvement in master data configuration and reporting setup
• Extensive experience with integration setup between SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, or S/4HANA SuccessFactors
• Integration experience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator will be a beneficial addition
• Familiarity with Agile Activate Project Methodology

• Logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by collaboration skills
• Two to three industry domain knowledge areas
• Understanding of financial processes for diverse project types and the various pricing models available
