SAP Fieldglass

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable SAP SCP SaaS solutions integrated with Fieldglass to enhance external workforce management efficiency and ensure alignment with enterprise process standards
• Build dependable application components and services on SAP SCP to support smooth data exchange with Fieldglass and other internal systems, ensuring reliable performance and long-term maintainability
• Configure and improve Fieldglass integrations to enable contingent workforce operations and procurement workflows, with a focus on data accuracy and operational resilience
• Partner with functional and business stakeholders to convert complex workforce and procurement requirements into clear technical specifications and integration designs
• Implement secure authentication and authorization controls within SAP SCP applications to safeguard sensitive workforce and financial data and meet internal risk control requirements
• Refine hybrid deployment architectures for SAP SCP and Fieldglass solutions to maintain stable performance across on-premise and cloud environments for global teams
• Diagnose and resolve SAP SCP SaaS and Fieldglass integration issues by reviewing logs, data mappings, and configuration settings, and deliver clear solutions that reduce business disruption
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution design, configuration decisions, integration mappings, and operational procedures to support sustainable application lifecycle management
• Work with quality and testing teams to define test scenarios and validate integrations, ensuring new SAP SCP and Fieldglass releases satisfy acceptance criteria and business readiness standards
• Back production environments in a day shift hybrid work model by monitoring key application indicators, handling incidents effectively, and coordinating with operations teams for continuous improvement
• Support innovation initiatives by assessing how research and development oriented processes can be supported or streamlined through strengthened SAP SCP and Fieldglass capabilities
• Coordinate with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure integration processes and data handling align with corporate policies and applicable industry regulations
• Provide mentorship to peers and stakeholders on best practices for using SAP SCP SaaS and Fieldglass integrations to achieve measurable business outcomes and higher satisfaction levels

Qualifications

• Six to ten years of experience in enterprise application development with strong hands-on experience building stable and scalable business solutions using SAP SCP SaaS
• Strong practical knowledge of Fieldglass configuration and integration patterns, including data structures, workflow support, and common contingent workforce scenarios
• Solid expertise in integration concepts and tools such as APIs, middleware platforms, and data transformation methods to connect SAP SCP solutions with Fieldglass
• Relevant experience with research and development domain processes, including how product lifecycle innovation pipelines or technical project environments influence solution design
• Proven problem-solving and debugging capability to evaluate complex technical issues across SAP SCP, Fieldglass, and related systems and to deliver clear, sustainable fixes
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams by translating technical details into accessible language and aligning solution decisions with business objectives in a hybrid work context
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, data privacy considerations, and enterprise security standards required for managing workforce and financial information
