SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to spearhead the engagement process, delivering high-quality and value-driven consulting solutions to clients at various stages, including problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and implementation.
• You will assess proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance and analyzing solutions devised for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks and issues.
• Your role will involve identifying change management needs and recommending a structured approach to clients for managing change through diverse communication methods.
• You will also mentor and establish a vision for your team, provide specialized training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members by offering timely feedback and recognition for exceptional performance.
• As a vital contributor to both unit-level and organizational initiatives, your goal will be to deliver high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP FICO with strong integration capabilities across MM and SD modules.
• Demonstrated expertise in process flows such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Availability to Produce.
• Hands-on configuration experience in areas including AR, AP, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, FSCM, and COPA.
• Capability to independently draft Functional Specifications and engage in custom object development and deployment.
• Experience in at least one complete SAP implementation project.
• Familiarity with Concur T&E industry-specific solutions and customer-facing roles is considered a strong asset.

• Ability to collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and enhance client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
• Knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Capacity to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions.
• Familiarity with one or two industry domains.
