Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as an SAP FI S/4HANA Finance Consultant with expertise in financial modules and processes.
Seeking a proactive and dynamic professional with 5 years of relevant experience in SAP finance consulting.
The Lead team collaborates closely with the CFO team to support finance transformation initiatives.
Contribute to advanced finance closing processes, central finance operations, group reporting, and cash management solutions powered by HANA.
Reimagine collections processes and oversee swift implementation strategies.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed SAP solutions.
Key responsibilities include delivering SAP consulting services, including customer-facing implementation rollouts and expert advisory engagements within the S/4HANA environment.
Work closely with business teams to define problems, architect solutions, and plan rollout strategies.
Manage a team across various SAP modules, focusing on reengineering business processes and migrating to new SAP instances.
Coordinate deployment activities across multiple countries, liaising between process, IT, and business teams, while addressing stakeholder requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data modeling, analytics, governance, and infrastructure initiatives.

Chartered Accountant, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification, with 7-9 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance and Controlling, complemented by a strong understanding of business processes.
Proficient in US GAAP, IFRS, and Local GAAP standards across multiple countries, including VAT and sales tax requirements.
Deep knowledge of accounting principles, processes, controls, policies, reporting, and budgeting frameworks.
Experience with emerging technologies such as robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and capable of driving transformation projects utilizing design thinking methodologies.
Strong influencing, creative thinking, and innovative mindset.
Comprehensive understanding of core FICO processes related to Financial Accounting modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and Taxes.
Familiarity with SAP Financial Supply Chain Management, BCM, TRM modules.
Working knowledge of integration points with OTR and P2P processes.
