Job Overview:

• SAP FI S4 HANA Finance Consultant
• Seeking a proactive and skilled consultant with 4 years of experience
• The leadership team will collaborate closely with the CFO's office to support finance transformation initiatives
• Expertise in Advanced Finance Close, Central Finance Group Reporting, and Cash Management leveraging HANA
• Innovative approach to reimagining the collections process for swift implementation
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions

Key Duties:

• Experience in SAP consulting, including customer-facing implementations, rollouts, and expert advisory projects within the S4HANA landscape
• Collaborate with business teams to define problems, architect solutions, and develop rollout plans
• Lead a diverse team across various SAP modules, focusing on reengineering business processes and transitioning to a new instance
• Oversee deployments across multiple countries, coordinating between teams in processes, IT, and business while addressing stakeholder inquiries
• Engage with cross-functional teams on data modeling, analytics, governance, and infrastructure

Technical Qualifications:

• Professionally qualified as a Chartered Accountant, CMA, or MBA in Finance, with 3 to 6 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance and Controlling, alongside a solid grasp of business processes
• Proficient in US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP for various countries, VAT, and Sales Tax regulations
• Strong comprehension of accounting principles, processes, key controls, policies, reporting, and budgeting practices
• Desirable candidate should have knowledge of emerging technologies such as robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and drive transformation projects using design thinking methodologies
• Possess influencing abilities, creative thinking, and an innovative mindset
• Thorough understanding of fundamental FICO processes related to Financial Accounting modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Taxes
• Familiarity with SAP Financial Supply Chain Management, BCM, and TRM
• Basic knowledge of integration within OTR and P2P processes
