SAP Datasphere Consultant

Job Overview:

• In the role of a consultant at Infosys, you will spearhead the initiative to deliver exceptional and value-driven consulting solutions to clients throughout various phases, from problem identification to diagnosis and the design, development, and deployment of solutions.
• Your responsibilities will include reviewing proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance, and assessing the solutions designed for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks and issues.
• You will assess change management needs and suggest a structured strategy to clients for effectively managing change via diverse communication channels.
• Additionally, you will provide mentorship and establish a vision for your team, deliver subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members through timely feedback and recognition of high performance.
• Your role will be integral to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients, in line with organizational guidelines and processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and create data models utilizing SAP Datasphere
• Integrate data from both SAP and non-SAP sources, including S/4HANA, BW, ECC, HANA, and third-party systems
• Construct semantic layers, views, and data products within Datasphere
• Engage with functional and business stakeholders to comprehend reporting and analytics needs
• Facilitate data provisioning, data flows, and transformations
• Ensure adherence to data quality, performance, and governance standards
• Collaborate with analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Identify and resolve data and performance issues

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAP Datasphere or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture
• Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and ETL concepts
• Knowledge of SAP HANA CDS views and BW concepts
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous
• Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs
• Solid understanding of data security and access controls

• Ability to work effectively within an onshore-offshore delivery model
• Capability to manage client escalations
• Expertise in project delivery and team management is essential
