SAP Data Migration Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily take charge of leading engagement efforts to deliver high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients, guiding them from problem definition through diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• Your responsibilities will include reviewing proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance, and analyzing the solutions designed to tackle client business challenges, while identifying potential risks and issues.
• You will assess change management needs and recommend a structured approach to clients for managing change through various communication methods.
• As a leader, you will mentor your team, create a vision for success, provide subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members by delivering effective, timely feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
• You will play a vital role in both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients, in compliance with organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing S/4 Data Migration Projects, either as a hands-on ETL developer or in a SAP functional module lead capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of Greenfield, Bluefield, and the data migration lifecycle phases.
• Capability to lead workshops at client locations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in developing data migration strategies and approaches for multi-year, multi-country global rollout programs, including template pilot waves.
• Proficient in executing data quality and validation initiatives, with experience working with the SAP migration cockpit.
• Adept at defining functional dependencies and project planning in collaboration with client business, IT project, functional, and technical teams.
• Participation in the presales process is essential, including the ability to develop RFP responses, estimation resource plans, work package planning, and orals.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with software configuration management systems.
• Strong business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, along with a collaborative mindset.
• Expertise in two or three industry domains.
• Understanding of financial processes across various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Strong client interfacing skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
