SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Your daily activities as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily be responsible for spearheading the effort to deliver high-quality and impactful consulting solutions to clients across various stages, from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• You will evaluate proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance and analyzing the solutions designed to address client business challenges, helping to identify potential risks and issues.
• Your responsibilities will include identifying change management needs and recommending a structured approach to clients for effectively managing change through diverse communication strategies.
• Additionally, you will mentor and establish a vision for the team, provide subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members through prompt and constructive feedback and recognition of exceptional performance.
• You will play a vital role in unit and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients, while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• A consultant with at least 9 years of comprehensive experience in SAP Project implementation throughout its lifecycle.
• Proficient in configuring the SAP CRM solution across various functional areas, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
• Experience in setting up CRM Middleware to manage integration processes and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Act as an SAP CRM Consultant with substantial expertise in requirement gathering, estimations, business blueprinting, realization, integration testing, and deployment.
• Capable of facilitating workshops for requirement gathering, creating training content, and conducting end-user training sessions.
• Implement solutions that align with SAP Best Practices and meet customer-specific requirements.
• Skilled in producing functional and technical specifications, configuration documentation, end-user documentation, and training materials.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing CRM Production Support issues.
• Able to document and implement customized developments.

• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and enhance client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring pertinent data.
• Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Exhibit logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, alongside strong collaboration skills.
• Evaluate current processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and suggest suitable technology solutions.
• Possess knowledge in one or two industry domains.
