Job Description

The Senior Specialist in SAP CRM Functional Service is responsible for designing configuring and implementing SAP CRM solutions to support business processes with a focus on service management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to SAP CRM Service functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP CRM Service solutions to enhance customer service operations.
  • Customize and configure service transaction profiles, status profiles, business roles, and organizational models within SAP CRM.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM Service with other SAP modules and external systems using middleware technologies.
  • Support testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM Service related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user manuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM Service features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users to understand service process needs.

Required Skills

  • Configure SAP CRM Service module components such as service orders, service contracts, and interaction center functionalities.
  • Customize workflows, action profiles, and partner determination relevant to service scenarios.
  • Manage integration points using CRM Middleware, BDOCs, and IDOCs to ensure data consistency.
  • Coordinate and execute testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support post go-live.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP CRM Service with overall enterprise solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SAP CRM Service domain.
