SAP CPI Consultant

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in the daily activities of an Infoscion, contributing to project success and team objectives.
• Within the Infosys consulting team, lead client engagements by delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions across all project phases—from problem identification and diagnosis to designing, developing, and deploying effective solutions.
• Evaluate proposals developed by consultants, offer strategic guidance, and analyze client business solutions to identify potential risks and issues proactively.
• Determine change management needs and develop structured approaches for clients to handle organizational change effectively, utilizing diverse communication channels.
• Mentor team members, establish a compelling vision, deliver subject matter expertise, and motivate the team through constructive feedback and recognition of high performance.
• Contribute significantly to unit and organizational initiatives aimed at providing top-tier, value-adding consulting solutions in alignment with company standards and processes.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in integration-focused development and configuration projects.
• Proven expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration and API Management tools.
• Hands-on experience integrating multiple SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Specialized knowledge in handling integrations using SFSF ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, and REST adapters.
• Experience managing various data transformations such as JSON to XML, CSV to XML, among others.
• Familiarity with CPI pallet options, including integration patterns, message transformations, Enricher, splitter, and related functionalities.
• Understanding of security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms to ensure data security.

• Solid understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and current industry trends.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, combined with effective collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of financial processes related to various project types and familiarity with different pricing models.
• Capability to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technological solutions.
• Industry domain expertise, preferably in one or more specific sectors.
