SAP Cloud ALM Consultant

Job Overview:

• Infosys is on the lookout for a skilled SAP Cloud ALM Consultant Architect who will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and enhancing SAP Cloud ALM solutions throughout their application lifecycle.
• This position is vital for ensuring efficient project execution, smooth operations, proactive monitoring, and effective lifecycle management for SAP cloud and hybrid environments.
• The consultant will assist with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other cloud applications, making this role crucial for clients who are moving to SAP's cloud ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Architecture
• Architect, design, and refine SAP Cloud ALM solutions in line with business requirements.
• Create comprehensive ALM architecture for SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, and associated cloud applications.
• Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Requirements and Stakeholder Management
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to collect functional and technical ALM requirements.
• Lead SAP Cloud ALM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Configuration and Tool Chain Integration
• Set up Cloud ALM components, including monitoring, testing, issue management, and lifecycle automation.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of integrated toolchain methodologies and DevOps automation ecosystems.
• Governance and Best Practices
• Establish and uphold ALM best practices for
• o Change control
• o Incident management
• o Release management
• o Lifecycle governance
• Oversee smooth transition processes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Operations Monitoring and Optimization
• Monitor the performance of SAP cloud applications and suggest optimization strategies.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and operational efficiency across managed landscapes.
• Provide continuous operational support, troubleshooting, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration and Leadership
• Steer ALM-related initiatives, ensuring delivery within set timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with developers, functional consultants, project managers, and business users.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on Cloud ALM tools, methodologies, and processes.

Technical Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in SAP Cloud ALM architecture and functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and application lifecycle methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformations is advantageous.
