Key Responsibilities:
- A typical day as an Infoscion
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will take the lead in engaging clients by delivering high-quality and valuable consulting solutions throughout various stages, from problem identification and diagnosis to the design, development, and implementation of solutions.
- You will evaluate proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance and analyzing the solutions proposed for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks and issues.
- Your responsibilities will include identifying change management needs and suggesting a structured approach to clients for effectively managing change through various communication channels.
- Additionally, you will mentor and establish a vision for the team, providing subject matter training in your areas of expertise, while motivating and inspiring team members with timely feedback and recognition for exceptional performance.
- Your contributions will be vital to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients, while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:
- A minimum of 9 years of professional experience, with a preference for certification in Callidus Cloud SAP Commissions.
- Experience with Callidus Cloud Advanced Workflows is a notable advantage.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports is also beneficial.
- Must have participated in at least one end-to-end implementation of Callidus Cloud Commissions.

- Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
- Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.

- Ability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions.
- Knowledge of one or two industry domains.
- Strong client interfacing skills.
