SAP BTP/Fiori Consultant

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will take the lead in delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to customers, guiding them through every stage from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• You will assess proposals crafted by consultants, offering insights and evaluating the solutions developed for client business challenges to uncover any potential risks and issues.
• Your responsibilities will also include identifying change management needs and presenting a structured strategy to clients for managing transitions through various communication channels.
• Additionally, you will mentor the team, create a compelling vision, deliver subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members with timely feedback and recognition for their high performance.
• Your contributions will be vital to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at providing exceptional consulting solutions to clients while adhering to the organization’s guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with 1 to 2 years of experience in SAP BTP and SAP Fiori application development.
• Hands-on experience in software development and programming is essential, particularly with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SAPUI5, and Fiori.
• Basic familiarity with developing and deploying applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is needed.
• Experience in SAP Fiori app development, customization, and enhancements is a must.
• Proficiency in using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) or SAP Web IDE for development and deployment tasks is required.
• You should have experience working with OData services and integrating SAP applications with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.
• A basic understanding of REST APIs and Web Services integration is necessary.
• Knowledge of Fiori Design Guidelines, Fiori Launchpad configurations, and UI5 development standards is essential.
• Exposure to SAP BTP services, including application deployment, destination configuration, and connectivity setup, is required.
• Technical support on SAP UI/UX functionality and SAP Fiori, along with the ability to resolve application-related issues, is a must.
• You will assist in integrating front-end UI/UX components with back-end SAP systems to fulfill business requirements.
• Familiarity with Node.js, the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), and SAP HANA Cloud will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential, with an ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
