SAP BTP Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions leveraging SAP BTP. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to facilitate seamless enterprise integrations, platform extensions, and digital transformation projects. Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SAP BTP solutions that meet both business and technical specifications.
• Engage in requirements gathering, facilitate solution workshops, and convert business needs into robust, scalable architectures.
• Configure, monitor, and manage SAP BTP services, environments, and core platform components.
• Create integrations and extensions utilizing SAP BTP functionalities.
• Apply security protocols, identity management, access controls, and governance standards.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP applications across diverse enterprise landscapes.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, conduct root cause analyses, and promote continuous process improvements.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide mentorship to team members while contributing to the development of reusable solutions and establishing delivery standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc., or BCA degree in a relevant field.
• Between 5 and 15 years of professional experience with substantial hands-on expertise in SAP BTP.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying SAP BTP solutions within enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, platform operations, and lifecycle management of solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency with SAP Integration Suite
• Experience with SAP API Management
• Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud
• Familiarity with Cloud Foundry and Kyma
• Expertise in BTP extension and integration patterns
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture principles
• Experience with security protocols, roles, authorizations, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Proven ability in solution design, architecture reviews, and providing technical leadership
