We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BASIS administration, with proven experience in managing complex SAP landscapes and ensuring high system availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP BASIS team in managing and supporting SAP landscapes.
• Ensure optimal performance and availability of SAP systems.
• Manage system installations, upgrades, and patches for SAP environments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Implement and maintain SAP security and user administration processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture and components.
• Experience with SAP HANA administration and database management.
• Proficiency in system performance tuning and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
• Understanding of network configurations and protocols related to SAP systems.
• Experience in managing transport requests and system copies.
