We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP BASIS Administrator with 9-12 years of SAP implementation, support, and rollout experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP architecture, landscape management, system administration, and client-facing support. This role involves maintaining high-availability SAP environments, ensuring security and compliance, automating tasks, and providing strategic recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced SAP BASIS administration tasks across multiple OS and DB environments, including ABAP and Java systems.
- Manage SAP landscapes, including high-availability cluster environments, patching, version control, and system maintenance.
- Ensure efficient service delivery by resolving incidents, managing major incidents, and meeting SLA requirements.
- Build and maintain process documentation, standards, and system improvement plans to enhance performance and cost efficiency.

- Report service status, metrics, and maintain periodic documentation updates.
