Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP system administration and will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and integrity of our SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations as necessary.
• Ensure timely application of SAP patches and enhancements.
• Manage user access and security settings within SAP environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including performance and connectivity problems.
• Maintain system documentation and update technical manuals as needed.
• Collaborate with functional teams to support SAP application configurations and implementations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and components.
• Experience with SAP installation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Oracle, HANA, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with OS platforms such as Linux and Windows.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP systems for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Understanding of SAP security concepts and user management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
