Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP APO Technical Lead to drive implementation, enhancements, and support of SAP APO solutions across supply chain planning functions. The role demands strong technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to manage end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP APO implementation and enhancement projects across modules like DP, SNP, PPDS, and GATP
• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interactions
• Design and develop scalable APO solutions aligned with business processes
• Configure planning books, process chains, and APO–ERP integration (CIF)
• Drive SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Basis, BI) for seamless delivery
• Identify process improvements and ensure optimal system performance
• Mentor junior consultants and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Contribute to solution design, estimations, and client discussions

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in SAP with strong hands-on in SAP APO
• Expertise in:
• Demand Planning (DP)
• Supply Network Planning (SNP)
• Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)
• Global ATP (GATP)
• Experience in end-to-end APO implementations (2+ lifecycle preferred)
• Strong understanding of CIF integration and APO–ERP interfaces
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or IBP is an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, IT
• SAP APO / IBP Certification (preferred)
• Experience in client-facing roles and global delivery models
