- Profound ABAP development experience and good in Performance Tuning
- Knowledge on all RICEF components
- Good in ABAP Workbench, Report Programming, Screen Programming, Module Pool, Exits, BADIs
- Ability to write good technical design
- Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Principles
- Experience/usages of Code Inspector/ATC, Transport Request tool having review skill.
- Strong analytical, Design and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, and desire to learn, innovates explores new topics.
- Good to have native HANA experience
- Good to have Data knowledge
- Good verbal written communication skills
