Salesman

About the Role:

• Promote and sell company products or services to customers in assigned areas or markets
• Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads through field visits and networking
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers effectively
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Ensure proper display, stocking, and merchandising of products at retail outlets (if applicable)
• Collect payments and ensure timely submission of sales orders and reports
• Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for promotional activities and customer engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification
• 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, retail, or field selling roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Willingness to travel and work in the field as required
