Salesforce LWC Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce LWC Developer to architect, build, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, Salesforce configuration, and integration development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) for Salesforce applications.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce capabilities using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
• Design, build, and maintain Aura Components when required.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to capture, review, and analyze requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and apply Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production defects and deliver timely resolutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, and security expectations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong practical experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex.
• Solid knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Automation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certifications (PD1/PD2, App Builder).
• Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
