Salesforce Devops engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage code deployments from lower environments (Dev) to higher environments (Prod) using Copado.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automations using Copado.
• Handle Salesforce and Copado support requests to resolve deployment or system issues.
• Take the lead in production support calls and incidents, analyzing production problems, and providing guidance.
• Resolve code deployment and merge conflicts; manage Azure to Copado integrations and ensure synchronization between platforms.
• Coordinate with Development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features, bug fixes, and improvements across multiple environments.
• Drive improvements in DevOps processes and provide expert guidance.
• Plan and execute release readiness, backup readiness, backout planning, and testing activities.
• Automate environment builds (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod) and maintain all environments.
• Perform refresh activities when Salesforce sandboxes are created or refreshed.
• Ensure all Salesforce orgs are in sync through back promotion activities and pipeline maintenance.
• Add new sandboxes to the pipeline, create branches, and set up pipeline configurations in Copado.
