Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role as a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, design creative solutions, and facilitate implementation, ultimately leading to client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of segments of the proposal document and provide insights into solution design based on your areas of expertise while developing proposals.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring products in accordance with the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will lead solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints and adhere to organizational financial guidelines.
• Take the initiative to lead smaller projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Classic SFDC Salesforce
• Com Force
• Salesforce.com Mandatory Certification PD1
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Apex
• Vlocity
• Mandatory Certification PD1
• Minimum Experience: 3 years

Additional Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of financial processes for different project types and the various pricing models available.
• Capability to evaluate current processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Familiarity with one or two industry domains.
• Strong client interfacing abilities.
• Project and team management skills.
