Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio, LWC, and Apex.
• Work on implementations and customizations for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce governance.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio.
• 4–5 years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills / Certifications:

• Salesforce OmniStudio Certification.
• Experience in integration with third-party systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Salesforce deployment tools.
