Salesforce Developer

Black And White Business Solutions is actively seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce, coupled with a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration and robust integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (MuleSoft preferred). The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, contribute to the full development lifecycle of custom Salesforce solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality, custom Salesforce solutions.
• Develop robust code using Apex classes and triggers, build modern user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages, and create seamless integration components.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, leveraging middleware platforms (preferably MuleSoft) and AppExchange applications to ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimize and improve existing Salesforce implementations, focusing on performance tuning, code refactoring, and ensuring strict adherence to Salesforce platform best practices.
• Work closely with Salesforce administrators, architects, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of new features and functionalities.
• Stay continuously updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and functionalities, actively incorporating new capabilities into the platform roadmap and recommending strategic improvements.

Technical Skills

• Salesforce Development Experience: 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Core Salesforce Development: Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language), and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language).
• Salesforce Configuration: Strong experience with Salesforce declarative configuration tools such as Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, and Custom Settings.
• Salesforce Integrations: Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and working with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Salesforce Architecture: Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, data architecture, and sharing rules to design secure and efficient solutions.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are preferred, demonstrating a strong foundational and advanced understanding of Salesforce development.
• Methodologies & Tools: Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
