Salesforce CPQ Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions to support complex quote-to-cash business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Design end-to-end CPQ architecture aligned with business objectives, industry best practices, and platform capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and senior developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, architecture principles, and governance frameworks.
• Identify potential risks, challenges, and technical gaps proactively and recommend effective solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other Salesforce Clouds, ERP systems, billing platforms, and third-party applications.
• Support quote configuration, pricing strategies, product catalog management, approvals, contract lifecycle, and revenue-related processes.
• Drive solution optimization, scalability, performance improvements, and system enhancements.
• Maintain project documentation, solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing guidance, project updates, and solution recommendations.
• Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
