About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to oversee requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for our Salesforce insurance platform/CRM. The successful candidate will effectively connect business needs with technical solutions, ensuring the successful execution of projects within the insurance sector.
Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend and document business requirements related to CRM.
Perform a thorough analysis of existing workflows to pinpoint opportunities for automation and enhancement.
Serve as an intermediary between business and technical teams throughout the Salesforce implementation process.
Create and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Support system design, configuration, and testing initiatives.
Lead workshops and meetings to collect requirements and communicate solutions.
Assist in change management and user training efforts.
Deliver ongoing support and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance or financial services sectors.
Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Insurance or Financial Services Cloud.
Solid understanding of insurance processes (CRM, claims, underwriting, etc.).
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
