Job Description
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement effective Salesforce functionalities.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and create wireframes for solution design.
• Work closely with development and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments for successful project delivery.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure requirement clarity and execution.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for requirement tracking, sprint planning, and project management activities.
• Perform impact analysis and support solution design discussions.
• Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders for requirement alignment and delivery updates.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Support US shift operations (4 PM – 1 AM IST) as per project requirements.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to Agile best practices.
