Job Description
Sales Technology Support:
- Assist to maintain prospecting sales technologies, including Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, Gainsight, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo.
- Ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency between multiple systems, including the CRM.
- Evaluate current sales technologies and provide recommendations for improvements for tool efficiency
- Work with teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, IT) to align technology solutions with broader organisational goals and ensure data consistency across departments.
Data Analysis Reporting:
- Design insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics using tools like Salesforce and Power BI
- Analyze sales data to provide applicable insights that help increase sales strategies, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
- Monitor system usage and ensure that data integrity is maintained across sales platforms through regular audits
- Provide recommendations for improving sales performance through technology, training, and better usage of current tools.
Process Optimization Automation:
- Identify areas for automation within the sales cycle, including lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up processes.
- Work with sales leadership to define process workflows and implement tools to automate repetitive tasks, allowing the sales team to focus on high-value activities.
- Improve sales workflows and ensure technology adoption by the sales team.
User Support Training:
- Be a contact for resolving issues related to sales technology tools and help troubleshoot
- Develop user manuals, training resources, and best practices for technology usage.
- Be a advocate for technology adoption, driving enthusiasm and commitment across the sales organization.
- You will be reporting to Manager, Sales Operations
What Youll Need to be Successful
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales operations, technology, or systems management role (preferably in sales technology or CRM).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
- Experience with data analysis tools (MS-Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ability to create meaningful insights.
- Experience in sales prospecting tools such as Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, 6Sense, LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Knowledge of sales process, workflow optimization, and integration of sales technologies
