Sales Team Leader- J&K

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage the sales team and drive business growth in the assigned region.
2. Oversee the deployment and sale of QR & Soundbox products.
3. Recruit and mentor field sales executives to meet targets and drive distribution.
4. Ensure consistent communication of plans and monitor sales performance.

Job Requirements:

1. 2–8 years of experience in sales and distribution/business development, with a preference for B2B, Telecom, FMCG, Fintech, or Device sales domains.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
3. Graduate or MBA qualifications.
4. Ability to monitor quality metrics and manage sales processes effectively.
