Sales - Team Lead - O&G Adjacent-Kanchipuram

Role Responsibilities:

1. Sell products/services and manage relationships with customers, from lead generation to final purchase.
2. Onboard new merchants and service existing merchants in the oil and gas sector.
3. Oversee a 5-member sales team, driving distribution and sales targets.
4. Maintain strong relationships with PSU companies and oil marketing companies.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of experience in Channel Distribution and Team Handling.
2. Strong market knowledge and experience in sales and merchant servicing.
3. Proficiency in Excel and data tools for managing sales and distribution.
4. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
