Sales Team Lead

Role Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales enrollments and sales in the assigned city.
2. Conduct market research and prepare a list of prospective customers.
3. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
4. Ensure team members are actively engaged in market activities for enrollments and usage.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduate or higher education; Postgraduate preferred.
2. Must have experience in managing a 5-member sales team and in channel sales.
3. Strong networking skills with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned areas.
4. Understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics in sales.
