Sales Team Lead

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage sales enrollments, customer relationships, and key dairy ecosystem accounts.
2. Lead and motivate a 5-member sales team to achieve channel sales targets.
3. Expand distribution networks and optimize sales metrics for maximum reach.
4. Ensure regular market presence and usage of digital payment products.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduate or above with 3–5 years of channel sales and distribution experience.
2. Proven team handling ability and strong market knowledge.
3. Proficient in Excel and sales data analysis tools.
4. Must own a smartphone, bike, and helmet for field operations.
