Sales Team Lead

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage city-wide sales enrollments and drive team performance to achieve targets.
2. Develop a strong network and database of prospective customers and key contacts.
3. Train, motivate, and lead a 5-member sales team to maximize incentive earnings and growth.
4. Ensure regular fieldwork and effective channel expansion across assigned areas.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduate or above with 2–5 years of channel sales and team management experience.
2. Strong knowledge of distribution, market expansion, and sales metrics.
3. Must possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet for extensive travel.
4. Proven ability to drive high-performing sales teams and achieve lucrative incentives.
