Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and execute sales & marketing activities in the Gurgaon region
  • Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the textile, leather, and footwear industries
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, annual budget numbers, and gross margin objectives
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to identify potential growth areas
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service team for sales orders and dispatch planning
  • Be actively involved in field sales for at least 80% of the working days each month
  • Manage payment collections, follow up with customers, and liaise with the Accounts Receivable team for timely closure
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, supporting and motivating team members
  • Keep client data and sales activities updated in CRM tools and generate reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Desirable:
  • MBA in Marketing or certification in Textile Technology
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
