Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and execute sales & marketing activities in the Gurgaon region
- Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the textile, leather, and footwear industries
- Achieve monthly sales targets, annual budget numbers, and gross margin objectives
- Provide market intelligence and insights to identify potential growth areas
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team for sales orders and dispatch planning
- Be actively involved in field sales for at least 80% of the working days each month
- Manage payment collections, follow up with customers, and liaise with the Accounts Receivable team for timely closure
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, supporting and motivating team members
- Keep client data and sales activities updated in CRM tools and generate reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Desirable:
- MBA in Marketing or certification in Textile Technology
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
